Return and Refund Policy

Customers have the right to return any product within 5 calendar days of receiving it. To qualify for a return, items must be in the condition you received them, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as custom-made items or perishable goods. Please inquire if you're unsure whether your item falls into these categories.


Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect the product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, typically within 7-10 business days.

In the case of items returned due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover all shipping costs and initiate a full refund, including the shipping costs, if applicable.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to our return address provided during the return process.

Shipping for Returns

If you are returning an item due to an error on our part or because it is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns not due to our error, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of X% of the original price of your item(s), which will be deducted from your refund. We waive this fee if the return is due to our error.
